DJ Jewel is a contrast of beautiful feminine qualities and aggressive urban style. My wife, Joy, originally inspired this piece. One evening while I was preparing for a live painting event, I glanced at her. The light graced her face perfectly, and the angles of her body were striking. I quickly sketched out her figure, and pinted the image that night. The creation of DJ Jewel was a true moment of inspiration influenced by love, music, and style.'
