Artist Biography

Susan Lordi, Willow Tree artist, finds her inspiration from a love of family, closeness to friends, and an appreciation of nature. Her art, prints and posters are intimate and personal, reflecting that which helps us treasure our relationship to people and the world around us.

Besides her work in mixed media and design, Susan Lordi is known for her innovative fiber art, prints and posters that have been exhibited internationally.

Susan Lordi is featured in the book Art Textiles of the World: USA, and in an upcoming monograph in the Portfolio Collection, both by Telos Publishing. Susan and her family live in Kansas City, where she works on her art, prints and posters.
