Laurie Fields Biography:
Laurie Fields started her career as a textile designer in New York while she was a resident artist at Farmington Valley Arts Center in Connecticut. Although she is now a full-time painter, textiles and design continue to influence her art, prints and posters, lending complex texture and dimension to her abstract paintings, particularly in her "Avanti' and the "Cipher' series.  >>click here for more
