The world around me is full of wonder and amazement, and more importantly, it never ceases to capture my vision. There are so many things that we miss out on simply because we are too busy to stop and take notice. My photographic art, prints and posters are reality based. I take the mundane, find the beauty held in the details, and let my lens capture the hidden beauty that is nothing short of sublime. Like many photographers, most of my focus has turned towards digital photography as of late, but I don't think that digital photography can ever take the place of film photography. They are two similar yet different means of capturing a vision, and as such, I will continue to embrace both methods to show the world as I see it.

I grew up in Akron, Ohio in the fallout of the rubber industry. I feel it was this decaying suburban landscape which taught me to find the hidden beauty in everything that I see. The abandoned rubber factories became my playground and my source of inspiration. I studied photography and sculpture at the University of Akron's Myer's School of Art and now I reside in Nottingham England. My subjects have changed, but my vision still falls on the beauty of the ordinary. I do freelance and photographic fine art, prints and posters, a bit of sculpting now and again, and I've even been known to do a painting or two.

Digital Art is something that I have been dabbling in lately as well, especially in the winter months. Here in England the weather is not always kind to photographers. The skies are often bleak and grey. One can only photograph the greyness so many times before it becomes tired, so this is when I have the opportunity to paint with my mind. Digital art, prints and posters to me is a marriage of photography and my own imagination, creating those landscapes and images that are the reality of my dreams. I hope you will enjoy these images as much as I've enjoyed capturing and creating them.
