Robin Anderson is a uniquely talented floral artist. Her innate artistic ability first surfaced when she was six years old. Years later Robin won an art scholarship to Moorpark Junior College in California, where she studied watercolor, focusing on portraits and florals. She received advanced placement at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Robin realized that she wanted to create art, prints and posters that combined the elegance of classic oil with today’s light and contemporary style.
For ten years Robin worked in commercial art and free-lance watercolor portraiture. In her spare time Robin studied oil paintings to help further her dream of working in the fine arts full time. She saved money, quit her commercial accounts and began painting six days a week. Seven months later, Robin had six art, prints and posters she felt were good enough to show to galleries. Charmed by the renowned art community of Laguna Beach, California, she soon established a successful following.
Today, Robin lives in Fountain Valley, California, and has established herself as an accomplished and successful artist. Robin has garnered particular praise doing what she lives most, creating exquisitely beautiful art, prints and posters of flowers.
