Growing up in northern Minnesota gave Jim Kasper early access to the woods surrounding nearby Crow River. He would often be seen rambling along the winding riverbank, collecting bits and pieces of rock, feathers and bone.
Each article helped young Kasper gain a better understanding of the world of nature. Following an early career in graphic design and illustration, Kasper returned to northern Minnesota with his family, where he produces art, prints and posters with nature as close as his own backyard.
Jim Kasper has translated his knowledge of nature into beautiful art, prints and posters of moose, elk, deer wild turkeys and the like. Conservation groups have recognized Kasper's commitment to wildlife across the country.
