Dino Paravano

Originally from Italy, Dino lived in South Africa for years, and now resides in Arizona. Working in pastels and in oils, he creates dazzling art, prints and posters of African wildlife, published by Mill Pond Press since 1992.

In 1993, Paravano was the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Master Artist. Dino's art, prints and posters is exhibited internationally at a number of prestigious shows each year. His art can be seen in the book, Painting Birds Step by Step (North Light Books, 1996). Dino also illustrated Hunting in Botswana by Tony Sanchez Arino, and his art is included in African Wildlife in Art by Clive Holloway.

Dino writes, "I am a wildlife artist from Africa, where the call of the wild is strong and its presence abundant.”
