Misha Lenn

Misha is a prolific Boston-based artist who has gained international acclaim for his art, prints and posters in a variety of media, particularly by mixing pen and ink with watercolor. Misha Lenn was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. He credits his mother and grandmother for his strong spirit and determination that has led to his success as an artist.

Misha attended the prestigious Art and Design Academy in St. Petersburg where he received a Masters Degree in Graphic Design. At the age of just 27, Misha was already a well-known performing arts director in Moscow and St. Petersburg. His watercolor art, prints and posters had receiving acclaim both in Russia and internationally as he began exhibiting in Germany, Italy and Finland.

In 1990, Misha came to the United States and chose Boston as his new home for its creative and scholarly spirit. Since then Misha's illustrations appeared in numerous publications, including The New York Times Magazine, Adweek, Women's Wear Daily. His art, prints and posters have been widely exhibited and can be found in private, corporate and permanent museum collections in the US, Russia, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Poland and Israel. Misha has won numerous awards for his logo designs and watercolors. His list of clients includes Calvin Klein, DKNY, Governor of NY state George Pataki, Harvard University, MIT, Boston Ballet, Time Magazine, just to name a few.
